Enduro, Supermoto & Trials In Ulster 

MRA PR: Ulster Championship Dates & Venues Confirmed

I am delighted to announce that with the MRA having had its 25th Anniversary at the beginning of January 2024, we are embarking on the 26th season of motocross in Ulster, with the normal “March Hare” being the season opener this year on Saturday 2nd March at Tinkerhill Newry. 


The first of the Adult Ulster Motocross Championships begin 3 weeks later with round 1 being promoted by the Knock* club on Saturday 23rd March 2024. The circus then moves to Tandragee on the 27th April where the North Armagh MCC promotes round 2. Round 3 will be the responsibility of the Mourne Club on their traditional “May day” event on Monday 6th May. Round 4 will be the responsibility of Quad Racing Ireland at Tinkerhill Newry on Saturday 15th June before travelling back to Seaforde where the Mourne club will again host round 5. The 6th and final round will be hosted by  TBC on Saturday 14th September 2024 at  TBC.


The Pavers Cave Ulster Youth Solo Motocross Championship will be run over 4 rounds in 2024. The first of the these by the South Down Club at Loughbrickland on Saturday 1st April, before heading to Tandragee for round 2 promoted by the North Armagh MCC on Saturday 29th June. Round 3 being promoted by TBC on Saturday 27th July with the 4th and final round being promoted by the Mourne Motorcycle club on Saturday 24th August 2024 at Seaforde.


Last but not least the Ulster Quadcross & Sidecarcross championship will be held over 6 rounds starting on Saturday 6th April 2024 promoted by Quad Racing Ireland at Tinkerhill. Round 2 also at Tinkerhill, on Saturday 4th May promoted by Quad Racing Ireland. Round 3 will be the responsibility of the North Armagh MCC at Tandragee on Saturday 25th May 2024. For Round 4 we head to Seaforde on Saturday 8th June where Quad Racing Ireland will again be the promoters. For round 5 the Ballymoney club will host for the first time at Magiligan on Saturday 3rd August 2024 with the 6th and final round at Sperrin Motocross park on Saturday 31st August.”

  • Round 2 by North Armagh MCC at Tandragee on 27-04-24

  • Round 3 by Mourne MCC at Seaforde on 6-05-24

  • Round 4 by Quad Racing Ireland at Tinkerhill on 15-06-25

  • Round 5 by Mourne MCC at Seaforde on 13-07-24

  • Round 6 by  TBC  at TBC  on 14-09-24

 

2024 Ulster Youth Motocross Championship

 

  • Round 1 by South Down MCC at Loughbrickland on 1-04-24
