2024 Classes & Race Distances

Note that race day will consist of a practice & timed qualifying session plus 3 races where time permits. (subject to change)

• 50cc Automatics -  8 Minutes + 1 Lap

  • Practice 6 Minutes​

• 65cc Cadet & Junior - 10 Minutes + 1 Lap

  • Practice 8 Minutes​

• 85cc Small Wheel - 12 Minutes + 1 Lap

  • Practice 10 Minutes​

• 85cc Big Wheel - 14 Minutes + 1 Lap

  • Practice 10 Minutes​

• Inter 125cc / Premier 250cc - 16 Minutes + 1 Lap

  • Practice 10 Minutes​​

• Non-Championship Adult Support Class - 12 Minutes + 1 Lap

  • Practice 10 Minutes​

Eligibility 

Open to all youth competitors aged 18 and under on 1st January 2025. Day licences are also available for those that reside in Ireland but do not hold a competition licence.

Transponders

Transponders are required and will be used for timing using the speedhive timing system. Note that you will also require a riding number to be displayed on all three number plates on your machine. Specifications of this can be found here.

Each club will issue entry forms for their round of the championship and when these are available, we will endeavour to publish a link to the entry form on this website and on our social media channels. Please contact the club directly if you have any queries with their round.
